About Us
The Philadelphia Security Officers Union (PSOU) is a grassroots, worker-led, non-profit organization that is certified by the NLRB to represent security professionals nationwide. The PSOU was established in September of 2009 and officially certified by the NLRB on April 21st, 2010. In the big picture, we strive for social justice and aim to continue the fight against unfair practices within the workplace and out.
